Enlarged approximately 400 times, in SOMSO-PLAST®. After Prof. Dr. E. Wüstenfeld, Anatomical Institute, Würzburg. The digitiform protrusions represent villi, the indentations show crypts. A cut surface reveals the histological structure of a villus. Cannot be disassembled. On a green base.
