developed in co-operation with Prof. Dr. med. Wolfgang Schmidt and Dr. med. Werner Scheller, Anatomical Institute, University of Leipzig. Modelled according to nature, in SOMSO-PLAST®. After removing the calvarium and the lower jaw, the base of the skull – sectioned medially – separates into two halves where the nasal septum, the paranasal sinuses with the nasal conchae, and the ethmoidal bone are shown. The lower jaw is movable. Separates into 5 parts.
